Rotogravure Printing
We have Two Rotogravure Printing machines with 8 color units and 1000 mm printing width. Machine is equipped with ARC (Auto Registration Control System) to perform best in class quality with minimum men power. Both machines are high speed i.e. 200 meter per min printing. 5 drive systems in both machines enhance the performance with coordination. Reverse and Surface printing work are performed in this 2 Machines.
Lamination
We have Two Lamination machines, Solvent Less and Solvent Base. Our Solvent Less machine is best in class with latest technology, High Speed (350 meter per min) machine to laminate high volume jobs. Our second Lamination machine is Solvent Base which are best for Atta job and high Micron Poly Laminates. Most technical and complex films can be performed in solvent base machine. Plastic films are laminated with plastic films or aluminium foil to a maximum of 3 layers at widths upto 1000mm.
